Our Testimony is the armor of God the Apostle Paul references in Ephesians 6:11-17 (See also, D&C 27:15-18). And it is vital to our faith, our progress toward maturing in our faith, and going forward with meaning and purpose.

True freedom comes as I lay down my old self and take up the cross. To walk daily in humility, gratitude, and submission to my Heavenly Father's will and desire. No other attempts have proven satisfying. With this freedom comes strength.
Empowering and Bold Courageous Faith Moves Mountains
I find such relaxed - and relaxing counsel - through my Heavenly Father's wisdom for just today. My reminder is to focus on just today and live through this day only. Not attempt to tackle all my problems at once. I am only able to do smaller things and focus on those smaller steps and not attempt to resolve all problems in one day.
