Spiritual Impact and Influence

Today, many individuals face problems where there is no easy solutions. Yet, we must face those challenges. A person needs clear vision and pure intentions to lead themselves into a place where they have a significant spiritual impact and influence on those around them. Daniel writes:

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Daniel 12:3, KJV

The hope for this new year is for individuals to become determined to fulfill what is written in Daniel. Determined to become a person of faith who walks in wisdom, offering counsel and direction to family, friends, co-workers, and community. A person who has a clear vision and intent on making a significant spiritual impact and influence this year.

When we begin to center ourselves on Christ, our Mind, Body, and Spirit become united and free

MINDFULLY LIVING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT

Each day presents us with its own worries, its own cares, and its own blessings. When we mindfully, prayerfully, and sincerely seek after God – He will become the center of our lives. As we do, we will find ourselves engaging in authentic worship – not just in words, with our very own behaviors and actions. As we live mindfully, and in the present moment, we are moving toward a life of abundance as our reward. Here is what the Savior says:

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

John 10:10, KJV

When we are worried about the future – it steals from us our happiness and joy. When we are concerned of what happened, or what has not happened, in the past – it steals our happiness and joy. It kills us. Christ came so we may experience life with its abundant blessings. This happens when we come to God with our cares, our desires, and in all sincerity to seek His wisdom and counsel.

GOD’S ETERNAL PROMISES AND NEVER-ENDING LOVE

When we come to understand how we are able to have a spiritual influence and impact on our lives – and the lives of those around us – we come to understand the central theme of God: Unconditional Love for self, others, and life.

These devotionals help remind us of those eternal promises found in God’s divine and inspired words. We come to appreciate His never-ending love toward us and others. May you find the rest and peace in God’s sovereign Grace, be filled with the light and love of Christ, and begin to experience the long-awaited blessings and wisdom God has in store for you.
