I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace.
In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
~ John 16:33 ~
God is never distant from us. Yet, we may feel distant from God. Scripture reminds us to constantly seek after God. Desire to be in his presence and experience his grace. He touches our hearts where our fears are calmed and our confidence is restored.
How many times have you lived under clouds of uncertainty? How many times have you allowed the cares of this world to bring disappointment into your heart? How often have you found yourself doubting? Christ has overcome the world and brings us peace of mind, wisdom, strength, love, and grace.
In this world, we will have trouble. All the more reason to pursue God daily. We place our trust and faith in God to restore unto us the confidence we need to navigate this troubled world.
Today’s Prayer and Meditation
Father in heaven, guide me and comfort me in times of distress and trouble so that I know my safety is with you. I trust in your promises and through my obedience, I gain confidence and purpose as I am empowered to face those challenges I am called to endure and face. As Christ has overcome this world, through Him, I too shall endure and overcome.
Until one comes to the end of one’s own strength, one does not enter Father’s rest, he has for them
Hebrews 4:9-13,
So continue to seek real hard to see the rest God has for us in risen Son. where one stops from their works and enters God’s done work once for all to see and decide whether or not to believe God or not.
Life is in Life, dead is dead, Life is Life, not to be taken for granted, as I know in past I have, I am accountable, and now see true Responsibility
Responding to God’s ability, were I take no credit, for if I do or anyone else does, then God does not get the credit does he?
I am dead, God is alive and the only one that can make me alive is God, and he does this by his Son that was is risen
Acts 20:21, 17:28 be new and flow in Spirit and Truth, not pridefully or guilty any more, as the enemies of God use Pride and guilt to get their way of you
