A Simple and Genuine Faith to Share

Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
~ 1 Timothy 2:7, KJV ~

Our Christian Faith is a simple one to share with others
~ January 13, 2020 Devotional ~

A simple faith makes the greatest spiritual impact and influence in the lives of others. We do not hide the light of Christ from others. Instead, we share this light with others. Our genuine faith is never meant to be kept close to our heart. It is meant for us to share with those around us.

It begins when we start strengthening our own personal faith and trust in Jesus Christ. It is one thing to declare unto the world, “I am a Christian”. It is another to walk with intent and purpose as Christ walked with intent and purpose, ministering to those who came to him. As Christ did, so shall we meet people and minister to them where they presently are. Through our faithful obedience and actions, we declare ourselves to be Christians. Without judgment, criticism, or condemnation. Our’s is a simple faith to bring others enlightenment, encouragement, and truth.

Faith is strengthen through personal discipline of daily prayer and meditation, feasting upon the words of God, fellowship with others, and engaged in being of service. Our faith increases. So shall our impact and influence increase as we strengthen our faith in Jesus Christ.

~ Today’s Prayer and Meditation ~

Heavenly Father, as I seek your counsel, walk in obedience to your word, and grow in faith – let your light of love and grace shine from me. Help me become a person of faith through the ministering of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen me as I strengthen others. Through your love, power, and authority, I am able to overcome through faith in you. Let my faith be the guiding light and fruit that impacts and influence others through your Holy Spirit.
