A spiritual and mindful recovery program is a journey toward health and wellness. It is a learning and healing process. Focusing on our journey as a learning opportunity, we are shifting our paradigm where we are empowered to add a richer depth to healing. Part of this learning experience is being open to opportunities that come our way where we learn and discover more about who we are. It is also a learning experience where we allow ourselves to be teachable. Through feedback and appropriate criticism from others and feedback from our own personal life experiences we are able to grow. A learning paradigm simply allows us to discover those things we are able to learn to bring peace, meaning, purpose, and value back into our lives.
This also allows us to take full responsibility for our own life. We are no longer ruminating on what has not worked, or focused on past travesties. This aspect belongs to the healing process we are engaged in. Through healing our own personal wounds from past infliction’s helps us learn how to become stronger, more resilient, and responsible for our own emotional well-being.
We come into a place where we focus on making mindful and healthy commitments that are based on our own values. We are motivated to identify those necessary goals we desire to accomplish. And, we are able to follow through on our commitments to see the fruition of our goals.
Past events and experiences may be brought to the surface, however, when we are operating from a learning and healing paradigm, we are able to manage and address those opportunities of learning from them. This means that our perception is not about being right or achieving anything. It merely means we focus on what we are empowered to learn from the present moment that we need to understand and experience.

Yes, and many times do not like it to accept others view in what I see, not seeing what they see.
Learning, learned how not to be judgmental. For I see now what is meant in Matthew 7 about do not judge others.
Yet other places it has been stated we are judgers
So what to son to settle this perplexity, I am learning, learned and have to be reminded of to be, remain harmless as a dove

Not sure about anyone else in this learning to be wise as a serpent, yet remain harmless as a dove, is a renewing of our mindsets after one has chosen to believe God really did take away all sin in his sight for us by through Son once and for all.
Me, and as I see we the people do not always pour out this truth, we are forgiven. So the religion has taken this and turned it into Lasciviousness. What?
Does no one see, realize, when you son again, from Father’s view you still are forgiven?
When I go to Father in prayer of what I have done wrong and ask for more forgiveness to him.
What do you think he is going to say to you.
Either okay, I will send Son back to die for you, since his death was not good enough for you and all the world?
Or he is going to say what Sin???????????????
Do you see what Satan has done with the new covenant given us? He has turned it into Lasciviousness
People are asking for more forgiveness, over and over again as if Son’s one time sacrifice was not good enough to forgive us forever in him to Father.
It either was or was not, You decide, I have it is finished as said in John 19:30, the new original covenant is now in place as was said to Abraham.

By Faith as has always been aw was put in place for one to be accountable to seeing he or she needs Father of risen Son to be led and not lead of the self anymore
It is clear, God just loves us all, start right there, while in adversities or not, stand in this fact, for if God does not or did not, then no one would be here on earth since the fall of Adam and Eve he, (Father) had mercy on them from the start as he sacrificed an animal clothed them set them out of the Garden the promised land, to see they are not God.
God prepared place is the Garden that no one can find. Yet now know and have inside them the peace of mind that passes all understanding. Jesus the Christ the risen one for us to be as risen right now too. So renew the mind ask in trust to be renewed and see from Father’s view through Son to us now.
What? How many sins are left us from Father’s view now, ever since Son took away all sin at the cross for us, in his one time death, Father sanctified Jesus on the third day and rose him up from the dead. And is doing this to this day ever since. Which began on the 50th day for us that are alive here and now to be new in his risen life, not in his death as is what religion preaches, a half sham gospel
These will say oh yeah he is risen Butt, here comes the Billy-Goat to but one and many into unbelief yet claim they believe and are trying to do right and yet can’t not perfectly anyway as is done for us by Son alone, sanctified as risen from Father to us where the day of Pentecost started.
Still happening today, Father is here in Spirit and Truth to tell us each and all truth, giving each free choice to choose belief, and not quit belief.
Does this mean one has to speak in tongues, as that happened on that day? Think on this wise, if it happen on the radio, would no one be saved unless heard it over the radio?
Just food for thought that only Father reveals not me, I am just Father’s water glass vessel to love all as he has first loved me. It is not about Law, it is about Love, Father’s best described in 1 Cor 13:4-7, seeing I can’t perform that as want to. but can’t need imputation

Oh and not that I know, I have not achieved but Father has for me and all the world to stand in belief and not quit, even in adversities
Putting what is behind as behind me, moving forward in the present second given me. Seeing as past goes out, new comes in. Learning to stand in the present moment of time
As our mindsets have been taught to wander. wander back to past, back to present and goes forward in thought of future events, that might be true or not, yet doing this sets one and many up for depression when bad things happen to us
So do as Paul talks of in

5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 and having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Now my obedience of in faith given me from Father above, is not perfect and never will be since I have sinned whether in past or not.
I need his lead over this world and me in this flesh and blood for all sin is condemned to flesh and blood Romans 8:3 \
