do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
~Philippians 4:6, ESV ~
God is listening. He desires to hear from us. Paul, the Apostle, writes to the Church in Thessalonica: Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you (1 Thessalonians 5:17-18).
Prayer and meditation are powerful tools for recovery. It is our way of communicating with our Sovereign Creator. It is an ever-present focus within our daily lives. Whether it is about great or small things, let us devote our daily recovery through prayer and meditation. Through this, we receive blessings, insights, wisdom, and personal revelation. We are renewed with strength, our hope grows and our faith increases.
